The desk that never drops a renewal

OutcomeDev watches every expiration on your book, chases every certificate, loss run and underwriter, and hands your producers a ranked list of who to call first. It runs continuously, without anyone managing it.

Your producers should be out selling insurance. Not chasing loss runs, not re sending certificates, not waiting on an underwriter who has not replied in nine days.

The problem

Nothing on the list is selling insurance. All of it has to happen.

Walk into any agency of twelve people and ask what actually fills the day. It will not be new business. It will be a hundred small promises, each with a date attached, held in one person's head and a shared inbox.

  • Forty policies expire in the next ninety days. None are being worked yet.
  • A client needs a certificate before he can pick up a load. Nobody has replied.
  • An underwriter owed a quote last week. Nobody followed up.
  • Three clients are past due and nobody has called.

Drop one and you lose a renewal. Drop enough and you lose the account. The work is invisible until it is expensive.

What changes

An employee who only does the chasing

No expiration goes unwatched

Every policy is bucketed at 120, 90, 60, 30, 14 and 7 days. You see the whole book by urgency, with the commission at stake attached to each one.

Every chase becomes a prepared message

The desk names the units, the commodity and the exact date. Your producer reads it, approves it, and moves on. No one composes a reminder from scratch at 6pm.

Nothing is sent without a licensed human

The desk prepares and escalates. A producer approves. That boundary is not a limitation, it is why the compliance officer will let this through the door.

You can prove what was done

Every obligation, every draft, every approval and every send is logged with a timestamp. When a client claims nobody told them, you have the record.

How it works

Three steps from signing up to a running desk

  1. 1

    Send a book export

Whatever the system produces. Applied Epic, HawkSoft, EZLynx, or the spreadsheet someone has maintained since 2017. Columns are matched automatically. Nothing needs reformatting.

  2. 2

Get the audit back the same day

Expirations inside ninety days, missing contacts, policies likely underinsured, certificates with no holder on file, and the commission attached to each. Yours to keep whether or not you continue.

  3. 3

    Your desk starts working

Every morning your producers open a ranked queue. They approve what is ready and work what matters. The desk keeps running whether or not anyone logs in.

Where this goes

Insurance is the first industry. Not the last.

The same eight capabilities run underneath a hundred and thirty eight trades. If a business has something that expires, a document someone owes, or money that is late, the desk applies.

Questions

The things agency owners ask first

What does OutcomeDev actually do?

It watches every date on your book and chases everything that has to happen before that date. Expirations, loss runs, certificates, endorsements, past due premium. It prepares the outreach and ranks your producers' day. It is a back office, not a quoting tool.

How is this different from my agency management system?

Your AMS stores the record. It does not work the record. Nothing in your AMS wakes up at six in the morning, notices that an underwriter has not replied in nine days, and writes the follow up. That is the whole product.

Do you sell insurance?

No. OutcomeDev is software. It does not bind coverage, advise on coverage, or act as agent of record. The license, the carriers and the commission stay exactly where they are.

Will it contact my clients without my approval?

Not today, and not by default ever. The desk drafts, a licensed producer approves, and the send is recorded against that producer. As trust builds, more can be delegated to it, but that stays your decision.

What do you need from me to start?

A book export. That is it. The audit runs from the export alone. Connecting your email and your phone number comes later, when you have decided the desk is worth having.

What does it cost?

Priced by policies under management, from $299 a month for a book under 250 policies to $1,999 for a book between two thousand and ten thousand. You pay by card, you can cancel any time, and the price scales with your book rather than with a seat count. For comparison, a loaded customer service representative runs $45,000 to $55,000 a year.

Is my book data safe?

Each agency runs in its own isolated instance with its own database. Credentials are encrypted and never leave the server. Your data is never used to train shared models, and a data processing agreement is available before anything is connected.

What happens when it gets something wrong?

It escalates rather than guessing. Every action carries the reason it was taken, so a producer can see why an account appeared on the list and override it in one click. Anything it cannot validate is marked blocked with the specific reason, not silently sent.

How long before it is working?

The audit is same day. A working desk is typically live within a week of the export, most of which is your decision about who approves outgoing messages.

Which lines of business do you support?

Commercial first: trucking and fleets, commercial auto, contractors, general liability, workers compensation, business owners policies, umbrella and professional liability. Personal lines is on the roadmap.

Send a book export. See what is expiring.

Upload a book export and the audit returns every expiration, gap and past due balance it finds. It takes minutes, it costs nothing, and you keep the report either way.

Provisioned automatically, and running on your export from the first sync.
