When an account is requested, OutcomeDev collects a work email, a company name and the size of the operation described. When a data export is uploaded, OutcomeDev processes the records in that file on the customer's instruction. Where systems are connected, the credentials chosen are held in encrypted form.

To run the outcomes requested, to operate the account, and to contact the requester about their own request. Data is not sold, not rented, and not used to market anything to a customer's own clients.

OutcomeDev does not train models on customer data, client records or correspondence. Data is used to serve the account and for no other purpose.

Each customer runs in its own instance with its own database. One customer's data is not reachable from another customer's instance.

This website sets no cookies and runs no third party analytics. That is why no banner is being shown. The application uses a session cookie only after sign in.

Uploaded audit files are retained for ninety days, or deleted immediately on request, whichever comes first. Account data is retained for the life of the engagement and deleted within thirty days of termination on written request.

Access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data may be requested at any time by writing to privacy@outcomedev.com. Where the CCPA or GDPR applies, those rights are honoured for all users regardless of location.

Infrastructure providers host the service and a payment processor handles billing. A current list of subprocessors is available to customers on request, and a data processing agreement is available before any data is sent.
