OutcomeDev is software. It runs recurring operational work and reports what it did. It is not a professional advisory service, and nothing it produces is legal, financial, medical, insurance or accounting advice.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided, for maintaining any licence their industry requires, and for reviewing anything OutcomeDev prepares before it is relied upon. The service must not be used to send communications that breach the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the CAN SPAM Act, or any equivalent law in the relevant jurisdiction.

OutcomeDev executes work and produces a record of what it did. It does not replace the professional judgement of a licensed person where a regulator requires one. High availability is the aim, but uninterrupted service is not warranted, and OutcomeDev is not liable for a missed date where the service was unavailable or the relevant obligation had not been configured.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance by card, priced by the volume of work under management. Cancellation is available at any time and the service continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded, and data can be exported at any time before termination.

Audits are provided free of charge and without obligation. An audit is a good faith analysis of the file supplied and is not a professional review. Audit files are deleted on request.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. OutcomeDev is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
